This spacious and beautifully furnished home is ready for your vacation in the amenity-rich resort community of Bishop's Landing. This community is one of the newest at the beach and offers the best in amenities and ease of travel while still being close to shopping and downtown Bethany Beach. The home is well equipped for cooking, entertaining, and relaxing.

The first floor has 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and is an en suite. The next 2 bedrooms have queens and the final bedroom has a bunk bed with 2 full and a single bed. The top floor has a loft and 5th bedroom has 2 pyramid bunks with twin over full and a 3rd bunk bed. The loft space also comes with a daybed and tv. With 3 separate outdoor porches, the entire family can relax outside. There is also an outdoor shower near the back porch, and outdoor gas grill. The open concept kitchen and family room make it easy to spend time together, while the large rooms and outdoor spaces still allow for privacy and downtime. The bumper pool table is a great addition to the property! Owner also supplies beach chairs, umbrellas, body boards for adults and kids. 2 small cars car park in garage and 2 cars in the driveway. No parking allowed on the street in this community. Additional parking spots are available throughout the community.

Bishop's Landing now has 3 pools, one is a short walking distance away from the home, and 2 clubhouses, each with fitness centers.! Additionally, you will find shuttle bus stops throughout the community to take you to downtown Bethany Beach, a fishing pier and several ponds, walking trails, tennis/pickleball courts, a playground, and much more! This is a great home to make many vacation memories.

A long-term stay at a reduced rate during the winter months is available.

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.

The community also comes with a shuttle service that runs from the main clubhouse to the Bethany Beach boardwalk. The shuttle service runs all week between 10 am and 6 pm with some days having multiple shuttles running at the same time. Additional details for stops will be at the property. . The amenities are available between Memorial Day and Labor Day(subject to change based on HOA and community regulations)
