After a day in the sun, relax on your private paver patio while the kids play foosball in the garage! This home has a huge owners suite with a bathroom plus 2 additional bedrooms on the main floor that share a bathroom. Upstairs is the perfect kids ‘hangout’ area connected to a bunk bedroom that sleeps 4 and includes a bathroom! The Beach Shuttle, Fitness Center, Tennis Courts, playground, and overflow parking, are all very conveniently close by .... only a few minutes walk away!. The Nature Trail, and Catch/Release fishing ponds are all added bonuses in Bishops Landing! Arrive and be ready to enjoy your family vacation!

Everything about this place is fantastic! The house was very clean and had everything that we needed. We loved the fishing pond out back. As has been previously reviewed the proximity to the pool and shuttle is excellent. Our children loved the loft, as well. Communication with Tiffani, the property manager, was also excellent. Highly recommend!

Great Vacation Rental

Perfect spot for a family getaway! The house is in a great location, just steps from the pool, which was a huge hit with the kids. They especially loved the loft, making it their own little hideaway. Highly recommend for a fun vacation!

Phenomenal Stay!

Always such a phenomenal stay at this property! We will now book it as our yearly stay! My boys enjoy catching fish in the pond out back. We like how close the clubhouse is for the pool, gym and pickleball. We bring the kids bikes and they enjoy riding the neighborhood while my husband and I walk. It’s calm, quiet and clean! Home is stocked with everything you need!

Family Vacation

We spent our family vacation here and couldn't be more pleased with our choice. The house had everything you need for a great family vacation. The pictures don't do it justice, it's better in person. A great location in a very friendly complex, a short 3-minute walk to the pool and fitness center. The large pool is perfect for little ones with a kiddie pool and a sloped entrance allowing kids of all ages to enjoy the pool. We enjoyed the quiet, sitting on the rear patio overlooking the pond. The herons, egrets and bunnies entertained our grandchildren. The location is great and only minutes to the Bethany Beach boardwalk. Restaurants, grocery stores and ice cream are all nearby. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Summer vacay

Enjoyed our summer vacation great location to two pools, beach and town for sure. The outdoor shower was wonderful coming back from the beach. Friendly neighbors for our daily walks. House is beautiful so nicely decorated great backyard for relaxing and family games. Remember to bring big garbage bags to collect garbage and recyclables to carry it to the dumpsters before you leave. Only issue was with connection of WI-FI and cable no regular channels often otherwise no concerns.

Perfect location between Sports at the Beach & Ocean

For sports families traveling to the area for SATB, this property was a perfect location to be able to get to/from the complex quickly & be able to enjoy the ocean & downtown areas between games. The house is beautiful, clean & spacious & the owner is very communicative throughout the entire process. I would definitely rent this property again.

Plenty of space to relax and AMAZING owners.

We had a group of three couples and two children and this house was perfect for our 2nd trip to Bethany. The kids area upstairs with their own room, bathroom and loft play area is a major bonus. They were able to play as loud as they wanted and it gave the adults much needed time to unwind. The outside space was comfy and tranquil. The area is beautifully maintained and the kids did a lot of fishing in the pond. The owners were beyond attentive and helpful. We could reach them any time we had a question tho there weren’t many questions with the welcome book we found awaiting us. There is a ton of storage for all your items in this house including a very helpful large pantry totally available for your use. The community clubhouse is a short walk and had a great gym and pool. Make sure you take both the magnetic key pass and pool passes to the pool every time. The area is fantastic and close to everything you need. We didn’t mind the drive to the beach at all and the outdoor shower was much appreciated to rinse off after, tho adding some hooks for towels etc would be a nice touch. As I am one to provide very honest reviews to help others I must also add the things we as a group would have changed if we could have. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms would be a great addition. The air conditioning struggled all week with the almost 90 degree temperatures and despite running non stop really never went below 70. The owners were made aware of this and I’m sure will address it. There was also a portable AC brought in by the owners for the kids area which without would have made the upstairs impossible to stay in. Even with that running some days it was 75 up there so that was appreciated. However since the tubing wasn’t directed outside and rather into a small bucket we had to remember to empty the bucket roughly 8 times a day. The only other suggestion would be to get rid of the living room rug. I have never seen such a thing and although it looked cool, it hurt everyone’s feet, was impossible for kids to play on and the cleanliness of it was questionable as we found several items in it that were not ours. The rest of the house was immaculate. With all of this being said please don’t misconstrue my words as we would rebook this house with these owners in a heartbeat. We have stayed many places other places and this home is top notch.

Wonderful memory making week!

Our family gathered for a week to reconnect after this horrible last 18 months. The house was perfect…comfortable bedrooms and roomy, gathering areas, outfitted with everything we needed. We also felt we lucked out with the close proximity to the pool, playground…and overflow parking! We are already spreading the word among our friends and hope to stay again ourselves! -Lana

Great area, awesome house.

We had a total of 6 adults and 5 children during our stay. We plenty of space and all had a great time. Unfortunately it rained during some of our stay but the multiple tvs and nearby indoor attractions helped out a lot. Would definitely stay again!
