The customer service was GREAT, the Hot breakfast was GREAT and the rooms were very clean and that was GREAT. We will be staying again on our next trip to Millington. Dirty rooms especially the chairs and couches in the rooms. Pool was not open & reeked of a foul odor. The hotel needed to be exterminated for bugs. We just could NOT get past how filthy the furnishings were!

The hotel as a property is fine. The rolling cart that the maid used was very loud and squeaky and it would wake you up in the morning as it rolled down the hall.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Lobby sitting area was messy and dirty. Exercise room was filthy dirty. Lots of food crumbs on the floor around the equipment. Dirty gloves lying around. Jetted tub in our room had a large crack in it and it had been covered at one time but had been removed. We requested a jetted tub specifically due to my condition and it was useless to us. We might stay there again but will not waste our money on the jetted tub room. Hopefully they will have a regular tub in this hotel.
