Waterview Lodge #1 is a stunning lodge suite perfect for couples, friends, or a romantic getaway. Relax in your hickory rockers enjoying the sounds of the fountain splashing into the pond. Or soak in the 2-person Jacuzzi tub while enjoying the natural light from the evening sun.

The comfortable living area boasts a large gas fireplace next to the cozy loveseat and oversized chair which make for good spots to nap by the fire, read a good book, or watch the 50-inch Roku Smart TV.

The kitchen area is home to a full-size refrigerator with freezer, and an oven complete with a 4-burner stove top. There are ample pots and pans if you feel like making your favorite vacation meal, or a microwave oven for heating up the leftovers from one of our amazing restaurants in town. The extra deep sink and rugged pine cupboards provide added charm. A toaster and drip coffee maker round out the appliances which are at your disposal.

Your bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower large enough for 2 people, a hair dryer, and all the amenities you need to get your day off to a great start are right there for your convenience.

The Waterview Lodge is located less than 4 miles from downtown Berlin. The town of Berlin features over 60 shops full of antiques, furniture, homemade goods, and much more. A car is recommended in order to get from the Lodge to the town of Berlin. Berlin offers public parking once you have arrived. Guests can park in town and walk the shops and restaurants.

NOTE: CHILDREN 12 & UNDER ARE NOT PERMITTED.

Please note that this is a 2nd floor unit. A total of 12 stairs are required to reach the entrance to the unit.
Non-Smoking Rooms
We are strictly non-smoking. Outside areas may be used for smoking only if the smoke does not enter any of the accommodations. A $450/night fee is assessed for smoking.

No Pets
Pets (no matter how well behaved) are not permitted at our properties. Please respect future guests with allergies and our efforts to keep up all rooms to highest standards. A $250/night pet fee is assessed.

We will not tolerate any behavior that disturbs other guests, including playing music too loud, arguments or fights, slamming doors, or damaging units. Any of these behaviors can result in your being asked to leave without a refund.
