It is not suitable for groups of "party-goers", graduation parties, revelries, etc. We ensure compliance with the number of people indicated on the rental agreement (strict supervision on-site) and ask tenants to respect neighborhood quiet after 10 PM, with penalties for non-compliance.

Verification steps require guests to fill out contact information, provide a valid ID, and authorize an $800 security deposit hold. Please note the $800 security deposit will be frozen, not withdrawn from the credit card, and released 7 days after departure if no damage has occurred. Other points to note:
Strict compliance with house rules described here is a fundamental condition of the vacation rental contract. Non-compliance may result in penalties, including deductions from the security deposit. Strict monitoring of the number of occupants is enforced, and peace must be respected at all times. A penalty of $125 + tax per night per additional person will be charged. SPA AND HOT TUB: The SPA and SAUNA are accessible year-round. The use of glassware in or near the spa and sauna area is strictly prohibited for safety reasons. Non-compliance may result in a fine deducted from the security deposit. SMOKING: Smoking, including vaping, is prohibited inside the chalet. A $250 fine will be imposed for smoking indoors. Please properly dispose of cigarette butts in the provided ashtray. Failure to comply will result in a deduction from the security deposit. PETS: Pets are allowed (max. 2) with a $100 hypoallergenic cleaning fee. Pets must refrain from being on furniture. NOISE AND NEIGHBORHOOD: Please keep noise levels low and respect the neighborhood after 10 PM. We reserve the right to retain the entire security deposit in case of excessive noise after 10 PM and/or nighttime disturbances. VISITORS: Any additional overnight visitors must be approved in advance during the booking process and are subject to additional fees as indicated in the price.
DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES: Report any damages and breakages to the property manager promptly. Failure to comply may result in penalties deducted from the security deposit. To avoid damages and breakages, furniture should not be moved between rooms without prior agreement.
COMPLIANCE: The owner/manager may terminate occupancy and expel guests/visitors for non-compliance or disturbance of neighbors/residents.
