A really lovely hotel, somehow rated at 2 star which is severely underselling the place, we stayed 2 nights and ate there each time, breakfast and dinner. It was extremely clean, felt very smart, food was delicious and staff couldn't do enough for us!!

Had a great one night stay with good size room for my family of four. The staff were very kind and accommodating. Although breakfast is not included, it is available and made it easy in the morning to have a good meal. The location is ideal to visit Pembroke Castle or take a ferry.

The hotel was situated opposite the docks with lovely views. Parking was easy at the back of the hotel with lots of parking at the front as well. The room was faultless with main amenities and views from our room were great. The breakfast buffet I enjoyed as was a nice variation and good value for money. The staff were friendly happy and helpful. Would definitely recommend for others and me and my family would go back again.

We visited here in July when the weather was very hot. The building is old and our room dis not have Aircon. However when we arrived at our room staff had put a fan in there, which helped! The mattress was fabulous. Fab spot and lovely hotel.

This is a 2 star hotel yet the only drawback we found was the warmth of the rooms in summer. Given the sash windows I suspect it has listed building status and therefore not much they can do about it. However, modern fans can work wonders. Otherwise, it was a perfect base for exploring Pembrokeshire.
