3 Bed Villa With Private Pool With Nature Reserve Views Ideal for Relaxation

This is a beautiful, detached villa comprising of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, roof terrace and large patios, with a large private lawn garden and private swimming pool and free Wi-Fi.

This Villa is situated in a location that is ideal for relaxation. To lazy around the pool and when you fancy take short trips around the peninsula and go into Bodrum. This Villa is ideally suited if you want to just switch off.

The villa is fully furnished with all towels and linen provided, including a baby/toddler travel cot for families upon request. It is only approximately a 30 mins drive from the Airport. We can organise collection and drop off from the Airport at an extra cost upon request.

The resort has basic on-site amenities including a Cafe/ Pool Bar; a mini-market for your essentials; indoor pool and an outdoor swimming pool with water slides, tennis court, basketball court and kids play area.

Local shops, including bars with beautiful sea view where you can see the sunset and also a Migros supermarket are a 15 minute walk away from the Villa. The Villa is not far from the beautiful Agean coastline.

There are buses to and from Bodrum Town. You can take a bus near the site and change at the new bus terminal: http://bodrumotogar.com/en/index.php. From this terminal or from the Bodrum old Bus Terminal you can explore the whole peninsula. By car you can get to Bodrum in approx 30 mins. It is also a relative short drive to some of the small local fishing villages, serving great food at a reasonable price.

Lovely villa shame about surroundings
Just back from our stay arrived Sunday thinking we.ll drop cases and visit onsite cafe for lunch and get basics in shop as shown in website pictures sadly nothing open including restaurant and quite frankly not been open this year and that's been kind.So it's up a steep hill to search for food and supplies.Also nothing is open at the sister site by the beach either but the villa and pool where lovely .Sally the agent was very helpful with a couple of issues we did have with the villa.

Wir waren einen Monat im Haus. Die Lage und der private Pool waren Luxus. Wir hatten mehrmals am Tag Stromausfall gehabt. Längste waren 6 Stunden ohne Strom. Wir hatten auch des öfteren kein Wasser. Schön wäre ein Sonnenschutz für die Terrasse gewesen, da man sonst kaum draußen sitzen konnte. Das Mobiliar ist derart in die Jahre gekommen, dass wir einige Möbel aus Angst dass sie Auseinanderfallen nicht genutzt haben. Die Sanitäranlagen Sind ebenfalls renovierungsbedürftig. Die Federn in den Matratzen durften wier Nacht für Nacht spüren. Ein großes Problem waren die Hunde, die im Rudel nachts in den Gärten lungerten und sich Kämpfe mit ununterbrochenem Gebell lieferten. Wir lernten schnell alles abzuriegeln und unsere nicht kaputtgerissenen Schuhe auf der Terrasse vor den Hunden zu sichern. Wir haben das Beste aus dem Monat gemacht, da es bezahlt war und man nicht den Luxus wie im Hotel hat - das Hotel zu wechseln! WLAN und Telefon Empfang gab es nicht😪 Bei Bedarf kann ich gerne Fotos senden

Wir waren ziemlich enttäuscht.Das Ferienhaus ist ziemlich ungepflegt.
Die Vermieter Loretta und Chris sind super nett und haben unsere Wünsche erfüllt.Herr Bayram der dort die Aufsicht und Verantwortung hat,war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Laut Beschreibung sollte es WLAN geben,gab es aber nicht.Die Liegen am Pool waren sehr dreckig die Matten mit Schimmel und zerrissen.Unser Pool wurde nicht jeden Tag gereinigt.Im Garten und zwischen den Büschen lag überall Müll der Garten ist ungepflegt gewesen.Die Möbel und die Ausstattung sind sehr abgenutzt.Sei es in den Duschen und an den Waschbecken war sehr wenig Wasserdruck.In der Küche lief kein kalt Wasser sondern nur warm Wasser was sehr schrecklich war ohne Spülmaschiene.Die kompletten WCs und Duschen waren extrem abgenutzt mit Verfärbungen und verrostet.Die Umgebung und den Ort würden wir weiterempfehlen,aber nicht in diesem Ferienhaus.

COK güzel, Sakin, ve huzur dolu bir tatil gecirdik ailemle, tabi cevreyi son iki gun sonunda kavradik. Herseye merkezi konumda, yazligin bulasik makinasi yok ve tamamiyle bombos elsabunu dahi yok. Lakin huzur ve sakinlik arayana birebir, seneye kesinlikle buradayim!

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmte. Pool wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Ortschaft liegt zwischen Milas und Bodrum. Beide Ortschaften sind in ca. 30 min zu erreichen. Die Villa braucht sicherlich eine Instand-Setzung. Die Betreuung am Ort durch Herrn Bayram war sehr gut. Er war rundum erreichbar und sehr nett.

Perfekt zum Entspannen
Das Haus war sauber, der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich bleiben immer in Kontakt und auch vor Ort ist eine Ansprechperson, welcher im Notfall 24 std erreichbar ist. Er gibt auch gute Ausflugstipps und ist immer sehr hilfsbereit. Das Haus etwa 30 minuten von Bodrum entfernt auf dem Hügel aber dafür geht immer ein leichter Wind. Es ist eine schöne Überbauung. Und hat in der Nähe alles was man braucht. Lebensmittel, Restaurants, Apotheke, Metzgerei, Bäckerei... Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und könnten uns vorstellen, nochmals hier Ferien zu machen.
