The bed was worn out and needs to be replaced. Bath tub/Shower was very dangerous to get in and out of. Way too easy to slip and fall due to sloping tub sides and step in height.

Great, attentive service. Stairs at entrance can be a barrier for some Coffee option in hotels has gotten miserable, here as well. Instant coffee from Starhotels is hard to believe, but the coffee at breakfast was fine.

Smells of smoke in non-smoking room

Excellent location near the train station. Noise was not an issue but we were given a floor higher up. My issue was that despite being on a nonsmoking floor, my room had most definitely been smoked in repeatedly before. I have some lung issues so this was a problem for me.

Wonderful

We wanted to stay near the central train station and this was a terrific choice. Great service, clean and comfortable with the best breakfast. Be aware that there are stairs at the entrance, I don't know if an accessible entrance exists. We highly recommend.

The hotel was clean, quiet and pleasant. We didn’t get to enjoy the amenities as we were they only for a short time to catch a flight. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was welcoming.

Excellent hotel, could not recommend more. Were able to upgrade to Luxe room for £15 which allowed for us to check-in at 10am - grear option after early travel. Room was fabulous, very luxurious, spacious and had everything you need. Great location for Milan central station and use of the metro.

Breakfast was very minimalistic. One container had scrambled eggs and the other had hard as rock bacon. Cup of coffee was cold. Waste of €15. Bedroom was the 1980’s version of laminated wood. Very old fashioned and needs updating. Extremely expensive for what you get.

Lovely hotel

Nice stsff in front desk. Downstairs area is all very lovely, done to a high standard. Seems like a modern vintage sort of look, but classy. Rooms are comfy, bathroom is large. Very small tv and a lot of things around the room need updating, maintaining, replacing. Nice stay, nice hotel !
