the lack of privacy is unacceptable. The bathroom curtain only closed halfway, leaving both the shower and the toilet area completely exposed to the outside. To make matters worse, there was a camera and another room directly facing the window. I had to use my own clothing to cover the glass just to have some intimacy. Whether this was an oversight or intentional, it made my stay incredibly uncomfortable and unpleasant. I do not recommend this place at all.

Conveniently located near both the bus and train terminals, making it easy to get around, with a short train ride to the Duomo. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the stay more pleasant. Nice added perks like free water and a Nespresso machine in the lobby were appreciated. The bed was comfortable, and the bedding was soft and cozy, ensuring a good night’s sleep. That said, the surrounding neighborhood felt a bit sketchy, and we were advised not to walk around after dark, which is something to keep in mind when planning your stay.
