It was awesome!!!! Big, nice, spacious, close to subway and rail station. Fabritzio explained everything to us about the subway and places to go and they had a nice menu to show the good places to eat. It was perfect! And they had laundry!

The most terrible bed I’ve ever slept on, it’s like sleeping on a cardboard on the ground. You get what you paid for I guess. The apt has a weird metallic? smell, probably mildew. Otherwise location is really close to train station.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I took only 20 min. to get here from Linate Airport. They communicated well before I arrived. They ordered a taxi for me when I needed it. They were very kind. The apartment was very nice and right around the corner from the train station...but you can't hear it. It was very quiet. I highly recommend it.

Unit close to the metro and shopping. Place around the building has walkable dining options. The staff who attended to us during check in was thorough in explaining the amenities of the unit however showed dismayed and impatience when giving instructions on the use of the elevator when we did not understood right away. We came from a long train journey (from Switzerland) so my husband and I expected a bit of a warm welcome but same thing happen when we check out, the staff was not in a good mood when she heard the elevator use and when we did not close the door properly the first time. We were able to close it by doing it again. Some familiarity issues. Overall the trip worked for us, we just hope Milanese hospitality to be better than we experienced.

Residence de la Gare was phenomenal! The space had everything that my family needed and it was nice being so close to Milano Centrale. It made going to see the sites of Milan very easy as well as getting to Malpensa Airport. It made for a great end of our trip to Italy!
