The staff were excellent and friendly. Location great, easy walking to Duomo. Metro a few minutes walk away. Room was spacious, bed comfortable, there was a pillow menu and the amenities plentiful. Acqua di Parma toiletries in the bathroom. Would stay again when in Milan

Excellent stay, wonderful staff

Excellent staff, very helpful with any issues we faced (for example the remote needed new batteries and they fixed it right away). They also kindly informed us my husband left his apple watch in the safe and they asked to mail it to us, which of course we were immensely grateful for. They are very kind, helpful, and made us feel welcome. The rooms were all newer (we had 2 rooms booked for our family), and they were quiet. The breakfast was very fresh and delicious, and the welcome drink was very much appreciated! We will definitely return to this hotel the next time we are in Milan.

Great room. Hotel was lovely and has a 100+ year history. Service was very good. Loacation was perfect for our purposes. No complaints whatsoever. They hire interns, majoring in Hotel Mgt and Guest Services. Maud, from Amsterdam, did a great job and was always available to greet us, answer questions. Bravo to Maud and The Radisson.
