I want to preface my review with saying, the employees at the hotel did absolutely everything to make my stay enjoyable and address my complaints BUT I’m not gonna lie;there were issues. The first room I got I didn’t like because it had a view of a construction so I asked for another room. The second room was bigger and had a courtyard view but the AC was not working& it was 27.5 degrees in the room,when outside was only 23.Later I found out the entire hotel had problems with AC that night.The room was very dark, no natural light,felt like I was in a basement.So I had many reasons to again,ask for a new room.My third room was an upgraded suite and it was just perfect.Bright, roomy and better layout than any of the two other rooms, BUT I specifically asked the receptionist 2x (!) to move my luggage to the new room, as at the time the new room was occupied and they needed time to clean it and I went out.I got back to the hotel late and all I wanted is to relax in my new room.I found out they didn’t even move my things-which I previously prepared, all they had to do is move 3 luggages-, I had to wait another 20 minutes for my luggage. One night I asked for a small bottle of wine (was missing from the minibar)- after 1 hour it was still not delivered so I told them I DONT need anymore.Little things like this were unacceptable but they made it up with the upgrade and free late check out so overall it was a good experience.Not sure if I would return though.
