They are so friendly and welcoming! From the moment we entered to the moment we checked out. They accommodated our many luggages to drop off so we could start our journey prior to check in and assisted us with directions. They upgraded us out of the kindness of their hearts. Could not say enough good things about them! They are right in the strip where all the major stores are - so convenient!

O quarto é maravilhoso, bonito, bem projetado e muito confortável. A localização é excelente, o café da manhã é ótimo e os atendentes são muito simpáticos. Uma pena ter ficado apenas uma diária. Só não dou 5 estrelas por conta da acústica, é possível ouvir barulhos dos quartos vizinhos e da rua.

Pleasant weekend spoilt somewhat by the fact the air conditioning was not on and the room was warm. It was between the summer and winter season which is why it was not working.

Nice older hotel with great staff!

If you’re ok with an older hotel that uses older school physical room keys you need to return when you leave for the day as well as a great breakfast, then this is your hotel. It’s a 3-star hotel that was very central and conveniently located to many useful areas of Milan. Good food options during the day and late night. The staff was super friendly and it was almost like they were your neighbors or something. Very welcoming and I’d stay here again if I end up in Milan another time.

Zimmer neben der Rezeption ist zu laut. Für 2 Nächte geht es gerade noch, aber länger auf keinen Fall. Frühstück war kontinental, hat nichts gefehlt und Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Kommen gerne wieder.
