Beautiful penthouse on the third floor of a quiet building in Lambrate District: Environment of 60 square meters very bright, particular and original. Designed by architects and born as an integral part of the house, it is very elegant and attention to detail. The possibility of enjoying the outdoor terrace in the open makes it UNIQUE in Milan!

Composed of large living room with sofa bed (ecological futon cotton mattress) and table, relaxation / reading room, comfortable study where to work on the PC. Private entrance, private bathroom (with the exception of the shower on the second floor - where we live - in a private bathroom dedicated to guests). Terrace planted and equipped with outdoor table and ping pong.
Possibility to add 1 or 2 extra beds for a fee
Outdoor parking space in a private courtyard. Possibility of a closed parking space for a fee
CAUTION:
To take a shower in the bathroom on the second floor you will pass through our living area: if we are at home we will gladly offer you a coffee or whatever you need, for us it is a pleasure!
Located on the third floor without elevator: not too heavy luggage recommended!
There are white blackout curtains on the vertical glasses but not on the cover ones because we like to see the starry sky from the bed! But the sun rises early in the summer the morning light penetrates and illuminates the house .....
