Very beautiful hotel, everywhere was clean, room was nice. The only downside for me was that breakfast was below average as there weren’t a lot of options. Receptionists were very friendly and helpful, I needed a charger and they went above and beyond to get it. Great place to stay.

Shuttle service to the Airport Malpensa was €50 which I think is pricey for 10min drive. Wish I put that €50 towards a hotel in the airport then I could wake up later and not worry about traffic.

Staff was wonderful - every person was extremely friendly. Luca, our server at the restaurant, did an amazing job at showing us hospitality.
