We had trouble finding the hotel and had to call for more details on how to get inside the building to the 2nd floor. Once there we were able to check in early which was great. The staff was very helpful and called taxi’s for us on two occasions. The room was nice, clean and located a short walk from the Duomo.

We were told that check in was after 2:00pm and before 10:00pm. No problem as our flight was delayed. We arrived after 7:00pm and did not get assistance until after 9:00pm. Finally someone let us in after calling and ringing the bell several minutes. The keys were wrong and very little assistance from the reception staff. No one is available as told until 10:00pn. Beware if you rent this place!

The property is misleadingly listed as a hotel. In reality, it's just 10 rooms located on the 2nd floor of an office/apartment building. There is no sign outside, no lobby, and absolutely no staff or reception. If you have any issue, there is no one to help just a WhatsApp number and sometimes one person in the door (we saw him once ) The room itself was clean, but it has zero view and zero hotel feel. You are literally in a corridor of rooms. The only positive is the location, which is central. For the price, I expected much more service. Not recommended.

Good location but how it can be described as a hotel is beyond me. It’s difficult to find, no signage outside and located within a shopping area. Basically one long corridor with rooms off it each side. No other facilities. Small reception desk, empty most of the time. One of the most bizarre places I have ever stayed. More like a hostel changed to individual rooms, but zero communal spaces and zero facilities. So strange
