Comodo per raggiungere via tortona ( il mio luogo di lavoro). Casa spaziosa ma arredi troppo datati. Niente di che.
De camino al apartamento me mandaron un email avisándome de que iban a cancelar mi reserva (PAGADA) porque no había respondido a una llamada (pero yo NO tenía ninguna perdida). Contesté al email y me pidieron que fuera a recoger las llaves a su central, ¡a más de media hora del apartamento! Así que tres personas cargadas con maletas perdimos el tiempo cruzando Milán de lado a lado porque "no nos podían mandar a alguien con las llaves"... Una vez allí hicieron 7 intentos de cargar impuestos y suplemento por separado, con lo que me bloquearon la tarjeta (menos mal que llamé a Bcn y la desbloquearon enseguida)... Muy mal servicio.
El apartamento estaba bien, muy completo, pero situado al otro lado de la vía de tren y lejos de las dos paradas de metro más cercanas.
al check-in la stanza era ancora da pulire. l'operatrice è entrata in camera senza neanche bussare o avvisare. struttura mediocre e neanche una bottiglietta d'acqua di benvenuto. rumori notturni provenienti da appartamenti vicini e dagli elettrodomestici.
esperienza pessima
L'unico punto a favore è la posizione dell'appartamento trovandosi in una delle zone più alla moda di Milano. L'arredamento è basilare a tratti scarso come la cucina che presentava anche delle bruciature sul piano cottura evidentemente poco interessati da parte della Italianway a sostituirlo. In bagno era presente una enorme ragnatela con polvere depositata. In camera l'aria condizionata per il riscaldamento non funzionava. La cosa peggiore in assoluto è che siamo stati richiamati dall'agenzia per una presunta ammaccatura di una lampada da comodino del valore si e no di 10 euro naturalmente a nostro carico. E' chiaro che non ne faccio una questione di soldi ci mancherebbe; ma è l'atteggiamento in sè che è stato alquanto misero e squallido. Immagino che abbiano fatto lo stesso con coloro che hanno bruciato il piano della cucina ma evidentemente hanno sì prelevato i soldi dalla carta di credito ma lasciato il piano cottura com'era. Consiglio! Fate il ceck-in e ceck-out in presenza di un responsabile dell'agenzia per evitare spiacevoli sorprese al termine del vostro soggiorno. E' vero che si firma un contratto in cui ci si assume delle responsabilità in caso di danno, ed è giusto, ma non vuol dire che non si abbia diritti di difesa. Del resto è la nostra parola con la loro. E' in metodo che è sbagliato

Appartement agréable, calme et lumineux, mais déjà un peu défraichi par rapport aux photos. Equipement de la cuisine très limité. Mitigeur de douche défaillant ( très difficile à régler et température instable). Sols très salissants. Grand supermarché, restaurants, métro et tram à proximité.
El apto. está bien ubicado, cercano a supermercados y transporte. La limpieza puede mejorar, tuve problemas con el elevador a la hora de salir, estaba dañado y tuve que bajar 8 pisos con mis maletas!!!

Meglio un hotel ! casa senza acqua calda
L'appartamento era confortevole ma la sera quando siamo rientrati ci siamo resi conto che mancava l'acqua calda. Abbiamo chiamato il servizio assistenza che doveva essere operativo fino alle 21 invece ci ha risposto un disco con il quale ci invitava a registrare un messaggio, cosa che abbiamo fatto per segnalare che non potevamo fare la doccia fredda, ma nessuno ci ha richiamato. L'indomani mattina abbiamo richiamato noi per segnalare nuovamente l'inconveniente e ci è stato prontamente risposto mandandoci un tecnico, il quale è arrivato alle 11, quando oramai eravamo già pronti, tranne mia figlia, perché dovevamo lasciare la stanza poco dopo.
Questo disservizio a mio avviso andava in qualche modo risarcito, considerato che abbiamo pagato circa 250 euro per lavarci senza l'acqua calda , ma il servizio check- in non ha voluto sentire ragioni. nonostante l'insistenza, il che non è ammissibile e in un hotel non sarebbe accaduto.
Trovo che il sistema del check in altro luogo ( a 20 minuti a piedi di distanza) è molto scomodo e fa perdere un sacco si tempo ma purtroppo risulta indispensabile se si deve lasciare il bagaglio prima o dopo aver lasciato la stanza, come nel nostro caso .
Non credo ripeterò mai più l'esperienza e ve la sconsiglio vivamente
