Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Never again

We arrived late, the host was very angry. The place doesn’t have elevator while we have heavy luggage and we were offered no help. We also had to share a bathroom. Internet didn’t work at all, neither on our devices, nor on the TV. When we asked the host to fix it, she told that she doesn’t know, why it is not working. Another day when we came back, we found blood stains on my bed sheet. I asked the host to give me a new, but she refused, she just told that it was not her blood. Both hosts, mother and daughter are very unfriendly, rude, and have a big attitude. Do not come here unless you want to be disrespected and to be forced to sleep on bloody sheets.
