Despite a little hiccup on check-in (being double billed for everything) the staff were superb, rooms are well finished and have everything you need. Breakfast is great up on the top floor. The hotel was incredibly helpful, they sorted out the mistakes made by Hotels.com customer service. The rooms were clean and spacious. hotels.com did not specify that the rooms are not always suitable for extra beds, so bear that in mind when you book for children!

The hotel is very beautiful, with excellent facilities – everything is new and conveniently located for walking. The front desk and concierge staff are very friendly and helpful, but the restaurant/rooftop team is quite the opposite – they’re snobbish and leave you talking to yourself. You have to get up and look for them to order a drink or ask for the check – a total disappointment. For a luxury service, as they advertise themselves, they need to improve this ASAP.
