The staff is excellent at the reception desk, especially Paul. They address your needs as best as they could. Checking in and checking out was a pleasure. Breakfast was great. Overall, all good, but it seems there was no maintenance person to address any room needs. For example, our room was too hot, so we needed the heat turned down which was beyond our control. As a result, it was like a motel inside a hotel.

Walk to the hotel from railway station is around 5-8 minutes walk. We arrived at night for overnight. We felt not safe area around the hotel. Nearby pizza take away. The room was good and the receptionist was a good attitude and helpful. It’s good to stay if you visit Milan central as it’s a good price
