Our room met our expectations and we loved the location. It was a relatively easy walk to Fuengirola but you do need to do quite a bit of walking if you do not have a car. The resort is huge! Very well maintained and the staff were friendly and provided us with anything we asked for. Food in the restaurants was very good but they will not separate checks if you are with others. We took a couple of the pre-arranged excursions but a great deal of bus time is spent picking up customers at other locations!! Overall we would recommend staying here.

Walls paper thin. Could hear noise from neighbours. No help with luggage. Getting in and out of property a nightmare. Winding narrow backroads, back alleys to access from the south. Restaurant was average and overpriced. Breakfast was the only exception. Low water pressure in shower. Room was small with no comfortable chair-chairs to sit on. I would rate it as a 2 star property maximum.

The hot tub isn’t private at all, it’s private use but can be seen from every angle. There were ants in the bathtub. We’ve both been bitten by bed bugs. Expected a lot more for this hotel and was told it’s quiet period so a lot less busier, which made me think they could’ve spread guests out more across the HUGE complex
