Large property. Great staff. Their main restaurant Med had a good menu selection and an amazing staff that was friendly, professional and helpful. Breakfast selection was excellent and the omelette station and the pastries outstanding. Room service menu is good but there is a slight language barrier. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the complimentary drinks due to our hectic schedule. Porters and front desk were extremely helpful and responsive. We will definitely consider this hotel for our next visit to the area.

Great break in February

Apartment was very clean and had all the kitchen appliances required for a stay if self catering. Jacuzzi on our patio was a fabulous extra. Excellent short break in central location.

Great half term stay

Great 3 night break. As a family of 4 we booked a 2 bed apartment which was spacious and 2 bathrooms. The rooms are a little dated but perfectly clean and comfortable. The kitchen area served us well for our short stay and we requested a coffee machine for our room which was quickly delivered. My only gripes are the sofa smelt a bit musty and the power tripped a few times. The pool areas are lovely and we ate at Safari twice which was very nice. The coffee shop was nice with amazing ice cream but it was a good 20 min walk from where we stayed. You can walk to Fuengirola along the carriageway but I'd recommend a car depending on your plans.

The site on which our apartment was situated was very expensive. It was therefore quite difficult to walk to the nearest exit. People with mobility problems should be aware of this. It is the case, however that you can call for a porter who will take you by transport to the nearest exit or the one that you would wish to exit from. You still would need a considerable walk to get to the nearest public transport facility. When we first arrived, there was only one restaurant open. However, the advertising for the property suggested that there were multiple restaurants available. No mention of winter schedules was made. As regards to the property itself, the kitchen equipment as regards cutlery, Crockery, and cooking utensils was poor. We had to ask for several standard pieces of equipment. There is a train which circulates the property every hour during the morning up until 1400 there is a gap to 1700 when it starts again. However, this facility again was not available when we arrived in January

I stayed at this hotel over the weekend and was disappointed with my experience. I specifically reserved a suite with a plunge pool after reading that the pool was heated, but it was not. This was a significant factor in choosing this hotel, as I was celebrating my anniversary and wanted a relaxing experience. Additionally, the hotel photos made it appear that the property was directly on the beach, but upon arrival, we realized this was not the case. The lack of beach access was a major letdown, as it was another key reason we chose this location. GRAN HOTEL CON BUENA UBICACIÓN

Buenos apartamentos, bien dotados y con una buena ubicación del hotel. Desayuno excelente y buena atención del personal. El único inconveniente es que nos informaron que no suministran jabón para el cuerpo y que debíamos comprar. Sin embargo y pro la hora lo suministraron.

Isolated in unreachable area!!! They have 1 porter for the entire 2 properties and it’s Not a Hotel….. it’s so called Apt. With No Insulation in the walls and 10 people in each room Partying until 5 AM After calling Security multiple times they decided to do something!!! Horrible

It’s a great hotel in a nice and quiet area The check in time is a bit lengthy and communication is not great But the hotel facilities are wonderful
