The apartment is situated on the 1st floor, it has a traditional Spanish fell to it with a balcony to the front overlooking the park and BBQ area with the river just behind which is ideal for walking or cycling along. A large balcony at rear over looking the rear gardens and the golf course (Olives). This area provides excellent dining and relaxing in the summer heat since it is sheltered by the adjoining building
This location offers country living yet a short drive to the beach's in Mijas costa, Fuengirola, Malaga and Marbella. There are several restaurants and Bars just across the road and a mini market for all your daily needs with Aldi and Lidel just a few minutes drive.

Good location for Mijas Golf. Easy parking and 10 mins from Fuengirola.
Well fitted very spacious apartment in great location. Golf course, walking routes and cycle path immediately adjacent.

El apartamento es bastante confortable, si bien la información que dan de el es engañosa.
No tiene piscina ni el jardín que anuncian hay que andar cerca de 1 km para acceder
La TV del salón tiene muy poca señal y la del dormitorio no funciona

Super vacances !
La propriété générale est sympa avec des jardins et piscines assez grands et confortables qui donnent sur le golf de Mijas. Très calme.
L'appartement est conforme à la description, un intérieur à l'ancienne mais chaleureux et propre. Seul bémol mais comme dans beaucoup de lieux en Espagne, il n'y a pas de stores ou volets dans les chambres. La clim dans la pièce de vie ainsi que dans les deux chambres : parfait ! (Penser juste à vider régulièrement les bidons de rejet d'eau pendant le séjour.)
Le quartier est calme. Il y a un restaurant familiale en bout de rue très appréciable ainsi qu'une petite supérette de l'autre coté de la rue.
Nous y étions en famille avec de jeunes enfants, on recommande. Il faut compter environ 15 à 20 min pour aller dans les villages de Fuengirola, Benalmadena et Mijas centre.
Le propriétaire répond très rapidement aux messages et à l'air très sympathique.
