The duplex is distributed over two floors: on the ground floor, a living-dining room with a fully equipped American kitchen and access to a terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy al fresco dinners. On the upper floor, two bedrooms with double beds, air conditioning and private terraces, as well as a modern bathroom with shower.



The apartment offers views of the garden and a modern and relaxing atmosphere next to a tennis club, although the use of its sports facilities is not included. The location is strategic, with quick access to the A-7 motorway, facilitating excursions to Málaga, Marbella, Estepona or Tarifa. It is also close to supermarkets, bus stops and multiple points of interest such as golf courses, nature parks and water parks.



The accommodation has air conditioning in all rooms, electric radiator heating, three fans, WiFi, washing machine, dryer, iron and modern kitchen appliances, including refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and more. Ideal for a complete holiday with all comforts.
