This cosy apartment in Cala de Mijas is perfect for couples who want to enjoy the sea and tranquillity of the Costa del Sol. Located on the beachfront, the accommodation offers stunning sea views from its 60 m² solarium terrace, equipped with sun loungers, parasol and garden furniture so you can relax and have lunch while contemplating the coastline. Additionally, the community has a communal swimming pool and direct access to the coastal promenade and beach, ideal for walks, running or cycling along kilometres of coastline to La Cala de Mijas or Cabopino marina.



Please note that the swimming pool is for communal use and its availability is subject to the rules, dates, and schedules established by the owners' community, which may vary according to season or internal decisions.

The 120 m² apartment is very bright and comfortable, with capacity for up to 3 people and a bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and space to organise your luggage. The full bathroom with a bathtub guarantees a comfortable rest, while the living room, with television and high-speed fibre optic internet connection, offers you a perfect space to telework or relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, juicer and all the necessary utensils to prepare your meals or breakfasts. A few minutes' walk away, you will find a commercial area to restock ingredients or enjoy nearby restaurants such as Max Beach.



The premises have two private, unnumbered parking areas, the availability of which may be limited during peak season, although public parking options exist in the vicinity. The agency and the owner are not responsible for this limitation.



The location is strategic for quickly moving to key destinations in the province of Málaga, such as Marbella, Estepona or Málaga capital, all within 40 minutes by car.



Within the urbanisation, you will be able to use the spacious common areas that include tennis court, padel court and gardens. The plot is fenced, which provides security and privacy during your stay. You will also have a lift, barbecue and garden furniture to complement your holiday experience.

Fabulous location

This was a super property in a fabulous location. Superb panoramic views! Close to restaurants, supermarkets, tennis, and right on the beach. Many thanks to Christina who met us at the apartment and was so helpful. A special mention to Andres the owner who was particularly helpful! Many thanks for a fantastic holiday!

Magnifique séjour, l’appartement est superbe, propre tout y est il ne manque rien, la terrasse est géniale grande avec une vue époustouflante sur la plage la mer et les environs. Des restos et marchés à proximité. Très bien situé pour visiter une grande partie de l’Andalousie. Seule déception est que l’administration de l’endroit décide de l’heure du checkin qui leur convient. Sinon tout a été parfait!
