You will enjoy the well-kept community facilities - but the most remarkable and exceptional thing is the direct access to the coastal path, where you can enjoy the beach and the leisure and restaurant businesses that you will find on this beautiful promenade. If you are traveling with children you can also enjoy a children's area, as well as 2 large swimming pools for children and adults. All surrounded by fantastic, well-kept gardens and a great atmosphere of tranquility. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower, kitchen with an island open to the living room, and a terrace. All rooms with sea views.

It is a central location close to where you can visit: Malaga, Marbella or Fuengirola, also just 5km from the best golf courses, and 20 minutes from the airport.
