Bad experience

We were looking for a hotel after arriving to the property.Bed sheets had bugs and were not fresh with small hair. Dirty floors. Ants inside kitchen cabinet. Common area pool and balcony was only positive point.Novasol can not help with any questions and does not have contact with key holder. Property description is incorrect. No air conditioning and apartment is advertise having ac.
