A unique holiday home with a sauna and jacuzzi (included in the price), in a unique location, perfect for an exceptionally enjoyable vacation. Lubin is a small summer resort on the coast (approx. 7 km from the Baltic Sea beach in Międzyzdroje), surrounded by the picturesque shores of the Szczecin Lagoon and Lake Wicko Wielkie (400 m from the house to the nearest beach).
A comfortable, single-story holiday home with a private garden. The house has a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue facilities. Inside, there is a living room with a fireplace, connected to a well-equipped kitchen, two separate bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower. TVs are available in the living room and one bedroom. Electric heating and a fireplace are provided (wood is included in the price). Wireless internet is available.
The private, fenced garden features a private sauna and jacuzzi (from June to September). Secure parking is available.
The host lives on the neighboring property and also offers access to his garden. The host has a small stable next to his house, where he conducts hippotherapy classes. The price includes: bed linen, towels, a private sauna, a private jacuzzi (available from June 1st to September 30th), electricity and water consumption, firewood, resort tax, parking, internet, and final cleaning.
In the immediate vicinity, the biggest attractions are the steep, scenic cliffs above the Szczecin Lagoon, a fortified settlement with viewing terraces, the picturesque Zielonka Hill, and the beautiful Lake Turkusowe with Piaskowa Góra towering above it. All of this is within a few hundred meters. The port, where cruise ships depart, is about 1 km away. There's also a fishing port where you can stock up on fresh and smoked fish. Within a few hundred meters of the house are several small beaches where you can swim in the lake. The seaside beach in the Międzyzdroje resort is about 7 km away – easily accessible via a bike path.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Landlord lives on the same property. Non smoking accommodation. Pets are not allowed. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
