Our country house will be completed in May 2023 with meticulous attention to detail. Here you'll find spacious rooms with high-quality natural stone, oak, and porcelain stoneware flooring, custom-built cabinetry throughout, handcrafted doors, a ceramic countertop in the kitchen, rain showers, and many other beautiful materials.
On the ground floor, you'll find the large living and dining area with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen that invites you to cook and bake, a gas fireplace (which creates a cozy and warm atmosphere at the touch of a button), a beautiful view of the marshland from the dining table, and one of the two shower rooms with elegant ceramic fixtures.
The three bedrooms and the second shower room are located on the upper floor. (Two bedrooms with double beds/TVs and a smaller room with a bunk bed)
The wellness oasis with a sauna and cozy relaxation area is located on the top floor and invites you to linger.
Our country house is perfect for true garden lovers. The planting of many different perennials, grasses, bulbs, and shrubs ensures the garden looks stunning in every season and encourages you to spend plenty of time on the spacious terraces, furnished with a beach chair and garden furniture.
From inside the house, as well as from the terraces, you have a sweeping view of the Midlum marshland and can enjoy the beautiful sunsets on the horizon.
Parking is available, as well as a lockable storage area for bicycles in an additional thatched-roof shed.
