In general the hotel was ok and the staff was great. Just could not get over the German roaches in the 1st room they put us. But found a couple in the second that put us.

Stinky slow elevator. Roaches in the room especially in the bathroom. We checked out early due to the roaches (I stopped counting at 10) and they wouldn't give us a refund for the nights we didn't use. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

The pictures are misleading! Housekeeping is terrible… if you don’t request to have your room cleaned/bedding changed/clean towels & washcloths, they will not do their job. There is a huge roach problem; the beds are not comfortable, and the carpet was sticky/stained. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

The ladies working at the front desk were fantastic. Amazing. Helpful and very friendly! The hotel smelled like a mix of pot and Lysol. The bed was uncomfortable. I didn't even stay there. I checked out within and hour.
