The toilets weren’t working and the staff refused to help. The manager did eventually try to fix it but it still didn’t work. We had to shut the water for toilet off in the end. Couldn’t switch rooms as it was a fully booked.

Unsanitary because the water pressure in bathroom was terrible. The staff were not helpful and seemed not to care about the guests concerns.

Not worth it.

Breakfast ran out super fast and they did not refill it enough. Not big enough for the amount of people staying there. Rooms are very small too. Also only 2 towels in the room for 4 people staying in a double queen. Ridiculous, not staying here ever again. Front desk was not friendly and seemed annoyed to have to do their job and was always on their phone.

When we had delays and then a 5hr drive from dallas they were able to let me check in over the phone so we wouldnt lose our room with it being a busy weekend in that area.

Pro: Staff was friendly. Cons: No coffee maker in room; mattress VERY uncomfortable and soft; party outside at complimentary bbqs was noisy until after midnight as 10pm quiet rule is not enforced; chaperones for teens staying there were up until 5am talking outside our room. Overall not a good stay, we overheard the desk person tell their trainee "don't give them that room, they are not a member. Give them that one".
