The first floor smelled like human urine. The hotel and the room were run down and dirty. The bed spread had multiple stains. There was a hole punched in the bathroom door and the shower curtain bar was broken. Both entrances into the parking lot have HUGE holes. There is a piece of white paper with NO REFUNDS typed four times at the front desk, and which suggests this may be a frequent conversation.

Carpets are dirty in the main hall ways. Opened the room to find new vinyl floors which was better than the dirty carpet. The couche was stained with some weird black stain on the back the chair was stained dirty like a smoker lived on it. Found a dirty wash rag on the shower curtain rod the next morning. The only reason I stayed is because the sheets were white the pillows were white under the pillow cases and I just got of a 6 weeks work hitch and decided I didn’t want to deal with moving and trying to get my money back

First room I was put in was dirty, the bed linens were not changed. The pillow case was still dirty from the night before. The bed shirts were still dirty from the previous night. I was “upgraded” to a new room and at least the linens were clean. I was still afraid to sleep there but I had no choice. I set down some of my clothing first to sleep on that on top of their linens. The towels were thin and scratchy. They were also stained with make up stains. Toilets in both rooms were running all night long. I slept well because the room was air conditioned very well and I was exhausted. I was given a late check out and was treated very nicely by the staff. They were very kind. Hotel hallway carpet was filthy. Smelled like someone had gone around and peed on it. That hotel needs a complete overhaul. Needs to be gutted and redone from the ground up. The exterior is well lit but I was afraid to walk in at the time that I did when I drove up at 11:20 pm. You get what you pay for and it wasn’t even that inexpensive.

Terrible stay

Place needs a total makeover, refurbishment, renovation. Place was dirty, stains on the carpet. Door jab in room falling off. Looks like someone kicked the door in. No ice machines working. Breakfast lobby was closed not in service. Place smelled awful. Did I mention the linen was old didn’t look too friendly to sleep in? I’m being nice with this review. Only reason I stayed was it was close to where I needed to go. Won’t stay at any Red roof inns if that’s the standard.
