Terrible service. The manager tried to charge me for a stained towel or sheet more than what the price of the room was an in addition to my deposit that I already paid. There was no proof it came from me due to towels from all rooms being put in a basket when housekeeping comes to clean. No policy was shown to me that guests are responsible for stained towels or a price list for charging guests. additionally, the property isnt safe. My door was showing signs of entry and would not close.

The front desk lady was extremely rude. The bed sheets and covers were dirty. We requested a different room or clean sheets and bed covers but they refused and started it wasn’t like that until when we got in the room.
