The room was semi clean and bathroom was a little updated. TV didn't work no signal. I called the front desk and told them about the TV they said they would let maintance know and someone would come up to fix it. Yet know one came to fix the TV. then called again and they said some one was on my floor yet still know one came called I called for a third time and final time and they adked if maintance could enter my room I said yes. by the time I got baco to my room still no tv. Maintance was to busy cleaning air conditioner in room. Breakfast was alright. Front desk staff was nice and house keeping was nice to.

One thing that really irritated me is my wife asked to go to the restroom at the front desk when she went down to get some breakfast , the man behind the counter said no , that the restroom was for employees only. That really got both of us mad , because when someone has to go , they have to go. I wish that guy was still there when i came down so i could have let him know how i felt about it !!!

My TV kept going off the last night i was there. On the online checkout there were two places that asked for staff tip. I stayed in a five star Caesars penthouse suite last week in New Orleans no tip was ever requested for the staff cleanup. I feel that that is management job to pay the staff.
