This large 3 bedroom townhouse (2,400 sq-ft) is perfect for your work stay. Comfortably sleeps 3 to 6 adults. Each bedroom has a full bath and there is a powder room in the common area. There are 2 bedrooms with king beds and 1 with a queen bed. One bedroom is located upstairs along with another living area which is perfect for just relaxing. Beautiful executive home with all amenities. Very comfortable and peaceful, with a large tv in the living area. Washer, dryer, ironing board, and iron provided. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you require. Includes a gas log fireplace in the main living area. Easy access to Loop 250, Football stadium, dining, shopping, hospitals, downtown, oilfield, OXY, Chevron, EOG, and airport. This is the perfect alternative to a motel for the business traveler! Perfect place for a quick visit with family in Midland. Very spacious and clean property with everything we needed. We were traveling with children and there was even a toddler bed in one of the rooms as well as toys and books! Very lovely stay. Would stay here again!

We booked last minute and the hosts let us in early and were incredibly easy to deal with. The house is amazing, so clean, tidy and spacious. Kitchen is well supplied, beds are comfortable and so much space. We felt sad leaving and will stay here again each year we visit!!

Easy Stay

I was in the property with two other co workers. It was nice to have a property with plenty of space and each had on suite bathrooms. Also, the property was close to the end of the street which made it easy to get in and out of the neighborhood.
