Absolutely horrible stuff
Staff was extremely rude. Room was dirty w/ hair&dirt all over. Bed was comfy. Was told breakfast started at 7 AM. The hours are different on the weekends so I waited till 7 20 a.m. went to go get a cup of coffee it was cold. I asked if they could make coffee because it was cold lady with arm with a sling . Rolled her eyes & said it’s still early for us to wake up. I said is the breakfast not open. She said oh it’ll be another 25 minutes, so breakfast didn’t really start till close to 8 AM when to go make a plate the gravy was cold. The biscuits was cold. Everything was cold I said, is it not anything warmed she said it will take a minute to warm up. they brought out food that was uncooked and she told me just use the microwave. They didn’t have time to get everything ready due to staff was late which was funny because I was loading stuff in my car two hours prior and they were all standing around laughing and joking, etc., I could smell them smoking a THC vape outside. Then the following night I went and checked out at 4 AM so I can catch my flight. There was nobody at the front desk. Young lady finally appeared after standing there for close to 20 minutes from the side of the office just waking up, which is kind of scary. No one’s watching the front door so people can stay safe. I have never in my life experience such a stay like I have at this place. I asked the manager who she claimed to be if I can have her managers number she told me she wasn’t allowed to give it out
