Since the last time I Stayed at the hotel, I remember the Waffle maker being better by having more flavor options. Most of the time the waffle machine barely had any waffle mix. My other small complaint is my hotel key cards wouldn’t work and I had to get new ones twice but luckily the staff was very helpful. Overall a good stay and would come back and recommend.

The cleaning staff threw out important papers and then lied about it after the papers were found they were stained and destroyed. I also still have not received a receipt for my stay that I need to file with my expense report.

DO NOT STAY HERE!

Terrible! Checked in and went to our room only to find the room was already occupied! The couple inside the room said it was the SECOND TIME THAT DAY someone had come into their room because they had been assigned the same room #. I brought this to the front desks attention and they didn’t believe that someone was in the room. They completely disregarded what I told them and said it “was the correct room and that no one was in there.” So not only did they book multiple people for the same room, they then refused to acknowledge there was an issue and refused to check if someone was in the room. Completely unacceptable! I left the property immediately and stayed at a different hotel.

You have to pay for parking. The building smells like smoke in the hallways, the carpets are old and dirty snd the bed comforters are threadbare and thin as they they had been used for 50 years. The hotel needs. Complete renovation.
