Very clean, staff very helpful. We could leave the car at the hotel for $5/day and free shuttle to the Harrisburg airport at 4 a.m for free. Great hotel and amenities

Told we would be shuttled to airport and back but when we checked in they told us the times we needed to be there they could not take us. Paid all that money for a room and then had to pay another $80 for Airport parking. Will never stay again or recommend your Comfort Inn

The room was fine, however there was no one at the desk when we arrived and we had to wait approximately 20 minutes for a desk receptionist. Five other people came after we arrived and also had a wait. It was unacceptable.

We flew in late and Ashley was the shuttle driver and our front desk agent. She was welcoming, so friendly, efficient and hospitable. She anticipated our needs and gave us so much helpful information. She said hello every time we came by the desk. Really superb employee. The property and our room was well maintained, clean and comfortable with nice amenities.
