The room was terrible. It was dirty and there were stains on the covers. As soon as I seen the room I immediately went to check out! The front desk told me that they will still charge me for the first day since I checked in. But I found out they never checked me out and they’re trying to make me pay for the days I DID NOT stay there. When I called a lady told me they don’t give refunds if you prepaid for the rooms. But that’s not what I was originally told and how can you charge someone that did not stay. I asked for a manager and did not get one.

This place should honestly be a $99 a night hotel. I thought the only thing nice about this place was the front counter staff. The room is outdated. Not very clean. It was very noisy being so close to the airport. Nothing really to walk to besides a Denny’s and McDonalds. They don’t even have an ice machine. Guy at the front desk was nice enough to give me a few bottles of water.

Upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk. I rang the bell for approximately 15–20 minutes and no one came out. I was with two minors who needed to use the restroom, and no one was available to open the door for us while we waited to check in. When we entered the room, the floor was extremely dirty. Just walking around caused our feet to turn black. The bathroom and the walls were dirty and stained, and there were even dirty towels. At checkout time, around 3:00 a.m., there was again no one at the front desk. The doors were locked, and I had to call the phone number several times before someone finally woke up and opened the desk so I could check out. Honestly, I do not recommend this place.
