Bad smell throughout the whole floor and the room has bad smell as well. The room has a cut chair cover and a towel that was left on the dining table, which means the room wasn't cleaned after the last guest. Terrible experience and I checked out 15 minutes after check-in.

The hotel is under renovation and the room we got should not be open. IT WAS DISGUSTING! There was blood on the bathroom’s walls, a very suspicious sticky substance also on the walls next to the beds. The iron and board had to be fetched from the receptionist and my goodness is that ironing board dirty!!!! The bathroom’s sink is almost falling and let’s not talk about the splashes of paint all over the place. For the price we paid and considering the hotel is in Doral city, we were truly expecting much more. Very dissatisfied!
