If you plan to park at the building, please note the following rates:



• 0–1 hour: USD 13 (no in-and-out privileges)

• 4–10 hours: USD 30 (no in-and-out privileges)

• 10–24 hours: USD 50 (no in-and-out privileges)

• Overnight: USD 75 (includes in-and-out privileges)



💡 Additional notes:

• A USD 3 gratuity fee applies to each fee.

• Oversized vehicles have an extra USD 15 fee.

• Lost ticket fee: USD 50 + the time parked.

• The property is not liable for lost/stolen items or damages in the parking lot

Please note: The building is currently performing renovations on the unit's balcony. For safety reasons, balcony access will be temporarily unavailable during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as these improvements are completed.



🏢 Building Services Access:

• Visit the Main Administration Office (Front Desk) during business hours to activate building amenities:

‣ Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

‣ Sat: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• If arriving outside these hours, you’ll need to wait until the next business day to check in and use amenities.



📵 Strict Rules to Avoid Fines:

• NO electronics or phones in wet areas — $200 fine per day for violations.

• NO smoking — $300 fine.



🛏️ Arrival Supplies Provided:

• Towels, 2 toilet paper rolls, small shampoo & soap.

• 🔥 No heating system in the unit.

• Washcloths are not provided.

• Trash chutes are located next to units ending in “01” (e.g., 2501).

• Do NOT leave garbage bags on the floor.

• Boxes and bottles must be brought to Ground Level.

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. No loud noise in hallways or shared areas.



👚 Dress Code:

• Shirts or cover-ups required in common areas.

• No bare feet permitted.
