Had a good stay at Elser, room was great and the gym was absolutely awesome (that is coming from a gym person) for a hotel. Room was clean but they only left towels for one day and only come to the room every other day. Also, we were not allowed to have our own drinks and snacks at the pool area so you’re forced to over pay for their stuff. Though, the food was great so I can’t complain there.

The hotel staff was friendly. Thre hotel was everything you would expect from a Miami hotel. My only complaint is the couch in the room was filthy.

Amazing stay

Amazing stay! View from our two bedroom on the 36th floor was amazing! Super clean room and the staff was amazingly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The gym is top notch!

The location to the cruise terminal is perfect. The hotel was beautiful and very efficient for checking in and the staff was so very nice!
