Smooth and efficient check-in with friendly staff, complimentary one-hour late checkout when requested, and the affordable shuttle service to the cruise port was much better and more convenient than using Uber. The only minor downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow, but overall it was a very pleasant and convenient stay.

The room was great and spacious but the lobby area is so busy. Everything was a long wait and chaotic. The most disappointing thing was wifi - it was so slow may as well have been non-existant. In 2025 wifi ought to be a basic necessity and service.

Beautiful property near a good amount of shopping and eateries. Very close to the cruise terminals. Busy area so if you’re leaving for a cruise, leave early because the bridge gets congested heading to the boats.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel. During the only night our family of seven stayed, the water was shut off, which was inconvenient. While the view was beautiful, the balconies were covered with bird droppings, detracting from the overall experience. We were granted a late checkout; however, housekeeping waited outside our door for over an hour before we left, which made the departure uncomfortable. It’s possible they were not aware of the approved late checkout. I travel often and understand that no stay is perfect, but considering the room rate, the experience and service did not meet expectations. I do appreciate that the hotel waived the daily amenity fee to help offset some of these issues.
