HORRIBLE experience! Check in was a total sh*t show! We prechecked in at 2:00pm and did not get into our room until 7:00pm, three hours after their 4:00pm check intime. The lobby had over a hundred guests crammed in there waiting on rooms, yet you had people walking right in and getting checked into their rooms immediately. Then we get to our three-bedroom suite, and the bathroom door handle falls off when I go to open the door. We called the front desk four times and went down there in person once requesting blankets for the sleeper sofa for our friend's son. Finally, 2 1/2 hours later at 11:00pm they brought them, with no pillows (which they never did bring). We had to keep calling from our cell phones because the room phone did not work and they never came to look at that either. The front desk told us a manager would call us to get a partial refund, and I still have not heard from anyone. your room key only allows you to access the floor you are staying on or the pool level, so you can't go to your family's room if it's on a different floor and you cannot access the elevator without the room key (even if you're on your floor already). That seems like a safety hazard to me.... what happens if you have an emergency or a family member staying on a different floor needs help and cannot call for help because your room phone doesn't work and you can't get into the elevator if you don't have the key card with you? I would go stay at a Motel 6 before staying here again!
