About this space
Hi my name is Robin welcome to my beautiful Florida Farm Villa. The House is located just outside the noisy populated areas. You can enjoy the peace and quiet, but are still only 7min away from the nearest shopping and Restaurants. The Keys are easily reachable in 30-40min, also Downtown Miami or the Beach are reachable in 40min. This Home is perfect for a family or two, giving Parents and children a great environment to play, swim and relax. No Parties Allowed.
The space
Huge Master bedroom with two walk in closets and Master Bathroom. Bedroom two and three both have a Queensize Bed and storage closet. Bedroom four has a twin/Full Bunkbed and is just like Bedroom three connected to Bathroom two. There is also a Garage connected to the house with a direkt entrance to the living room.
Washer and Dryer in separate Laundry Room.
Living room with comfortable Leather couch recliners and massage chair.
The kitchen is fully equipped and with all utensills to prepare an appetising meal.
Partially covered Patio with ceiling fans and lounge chairs and a BBQ Grill.
The pool and Whirlpool are for your private use. Extra charges apply in case you like the whirlpool and pool heated up to max 95degrees.
Guest access
You will have your private Gate entrance with your own clicker, the entire House and backyard is your private area. The backyard is surrounded by a 8 foot hedge to give you especially in the pool patio area the additional privacy. The barn located next to the house will be used by myself sometimes to pull out machinery etc., but I won't get in your way. The Rest of the 5 acre farm can partially be accessed upon preapproval by me.
Other things to note
For Guests that are extremely allergic to animals like dogs, cats or horses this could be a problem. The backyard of the house is closed in by a 8ft hedge, but is not fenced in case you will be bringing a small dog. All dogs must be registered at booking ( Weight and Breed)
