It’s fine if you like to hear your neighbours in adjourning rooms via a paper thin door. No word of a lie, it is literally like they’re standing in your room with you, on appearance most rooms seem to be designed this way in our building which was Bel Aire, it really should be disclosed upon making a reservation imo.

Love the property itself, beautiful curb appeal. Right beside the police station, so felt very safe. We had too much planned to hang by the pool, but it looked dreamy. Super convenient to walk to the beach, food, ride bikes etc. The staff was very kind and helpful. Parking was kind of a pain. But I think that’s just general for the area. They have valet service for $45 a night, which would have been nice, but the cross streets were shut down the whole time we were there, so we had to walk a block or so to pick up and drop off the car. Only real complaint was the cleanliness of the room. It seemed like it was half cleaned. The bed was fresh and the bathroom had been wiped down, clean towels etc. but the floor was so dirty, our socks were brown with hair and dirt almost immediately. And the toilet had something on the seat we had to clean off ourselves. We should have asked for an additional clean, but you have to request it though the app and we forgot until we would get back to the room.

Beautiful property. Staff was kind and helpful, professional and polite. They have incorporated four different existing South Beach properties and turned them into the Sonder. It was an architectural delight! Would absolutely stay again! Thank you Sonder Deco team!!!!

This was my 5th time staying here and it is unequivocally my favorite hotel in South Beach. The rooms are spacious, immaculate, modern and the beds are luxuriously firm. The location is great for walking to numerous excellent restaurants, shopping and the beach. If you ever need anything, the help is immediate and they go out of their way to make it right. I absolutely love this place.
