This was my second time staying at Kenmore Village Hotel and once again, I was absolutely impressed! This hotel delights not only with its perfect location, which allows you to reach all top South Beach attractions within 10–15 minutes, but above all with its outstanding staff.
Special mention goes to Sabrina at the front desk – an incredibly positive person who is always ready to help. Her knowledge about local restaurants makes her an invaluable advisor, and her professionalism far exceeds the standards of other concierges I’ve dealt with before. Equally positive was my experience with bartender Andre – always smiling, friendly, and eager to help in every situation.
The service at Kenmore Village Hotel always exceeds expectations – such a friendly and professional team is truly rare. In addition to that, the rooms are very comfortable, clean, and well equipped – in June I stayed here with my 6-person family and everyone was delighted.
I love this hotel for its fabulous pool surrounded by lush vegetation and palm trees, which creates the fantastic atmosphere of a tropical island, completely cutting guests off from the noise of the nearby street. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind – each time I’m sure I will return with every visit to South Beach, where I've been going regularly for 11 years, at least 4–5 times a year.
Kenmore Village Hotel, South Beach, is my number one choice. I recommend it to everyone – perfect comfort, phenomenal staff, and a fantastic pool.
