REFUND---Upon checking, we were not impressed. Guest Service Representative rude or unknowledgeable of property amenities. Spoke to Manager Ross Reyes who informed us that her was her 4th day on the job (being in hospitality she should have not been left alone). Our room was not ready so we proceeded out to the beach- only to find garbage, pizza boxes and empty cups all over-(i have photos). Upon getting in our room elevators where extremely slow and we were placed on the 22nd floor- three elevators and one was out of order. Ate dinner in the restaurant, while dining announcement/alarm stating there was an issue and was being addressed. We asked waiter if we should evacuate, he stated he knew nothing about what was going on. Second day there spent time at the beach only to head up to the room approximately 1pm to find out that ALL 3 elevators with out of order. When inquired at desk they said they had no idea when they would be fixed and I could use the stairs. I will admit that I became annoyed and stated that this was f---ing ridiculous. My apologies to staff however, Try to understand I am fighting cancer and we were on the 22nd floor. Requesting compensation for this huge inconvenience. Was told head manager would be there between 2-3 (mind you elevators were not fixed until 5pm ). Was told initially that Saturday room would be comp was asked what else I wanted. compensation for Friday the 26th as well. Sunday night 1 elevator down. Sadly this was a VERY unpleasant stay
