The rooms were disgusting , the bathroom tile was cracked and the showers had mole. The carpet smelled like mildew and the thermostat wasn’t adjusting so the room was like an icebox. The room kept making this weird knocking noise all night and day. We had to complain on our neighbor because their music was so loud. Overall the hotel gave scary movie vibes. Luckily I was only there for 2 days. My best friends even had the same issues and we were all on the same floor. For it to be a 4 star hotel the rooms were not what we were expecting. The bar and the lobby area was really nice

Average stay, good at the right price only

I had an average stay here for 10 nights. The hotel rooms are dated but clean. The reason my rating is low is because housekeeping skipped me twice and I felt they did it on purpose. I was leaving my room to go to work on my fourth day there and I flipped the door card to "please clean." The housekeeping lady was one door down, I greeted her in spanish and asked for a room cleaning. When I came back at 530pm my room was not serviced. The next morning I asked the front desk to please have a room cleaning done, it was around 930am. When I came back the second day around 5pm my room was still not serviced. This was two days in a row and unacceptable. My experience was going from okay to bad at this point. The third day I met a very friendly housekeeping woman in the hallway on my way to breakfast and she asked if I needed my room cleaned, I responded in spanish "yes, please, thank you so much." I left her a $10 tip in the room. If it wasn't for her I would have been very upset. I don't understand how front desk and housekeeping do not have a decent communication system. I always tip housekeeping when they do their job and I try to keep the room decently tidy myself, removing trash, etc so it is not a huge mess. No bbq grills or laundry facilities but hotel is convenient to a Publix grocery with a laundromat next door. I paid $79 per night with breakfast included for 10 night stay. Beyond this price point it would not be worth much more for a long stay. 1-2 nights yes
