The place was nice and clean. Pool was cold. They didn’t want to let you check in if your room was ready early. They started out asking for 75 extra, then 50 and so on.

The bathrooms were not cleaned, carpet smelled, and the room did not look satisfying enough for the price paid. The staff quickly moved me to another room which may not have hair in the tub, but still not up to a standard I would expect a hotel like this to have. I have parked and visited the lobby many times and thought it would be a great place to stay while celebrating NYE in Miami, I was wrong. Didn't stay longer than an hour and packed up and made the ride back up to Palm Beach after all the festivities. Will not be staying again.
