The staff was Extremely helpful especially Lariza and Jan. The room was spacious and modern. The cleaners needed to do a slightly better job dusting but it was comfortable. It Was in walking distance to delicious restaurants. Thanks to hotel staff for recommending a nearby, outstanding brunch spot. Good easy shopping plus grocery store. And the airport shuttle was super convenient. Bravo!!

They cancel my reservation because I was late for checking. Our flight was delayed and we arrive 3 in the morning very tired and the paid reservation was cancelled and they did not have any room. So we had to go find another hotel. Very frustrating.

The room was nice and everything was fine but we got there a little early and they said we could not check in one second before 3pm without paying a $50usd early check-in fee! The “system” automatically applies the charge, apparently. I’ve never had that happen before. The morning shuttle to the airport was nice though.
