Warning: Disappointing Stay at Hyde Beach House My family and I stayed at the Hyde Beach House for two nights, and the experience was far below our expectations. We were misled about our room’s “amazing ocean view,” which was nonexistent. Additionally, we booked a 2-bedroom unit with 3 beds, but received a 2-bedroom unit with a pull-out bed instead, which was not as advertised nor disclosedin the description. The property’s elevators were unreliable. We waited over 30 minutes before giving up and carrying our luggage down the stairs. Our “non-smoking” room reeked of smoke, and we found marijuana and cigarette butts on the patio, indicating a lack of proper cleaning. Overall, the stay felt like a bait-and-switch, and the conditions were unacceptable. I would not recommend this property and will not return.

J’ai adoré notre séjour dans se Condo/hôtel. Les piscines/spa et la proximité de la plage sont fantastique. Le condo est très grand et avec une très belle vu. J’ai trouvé qu’il manquait quelques petites choses (linge à vaisselle, savon à vaisselle entre autre) mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé du tout. Très beau séjour, nous y retournerons et en parlerons à nos amis à 110%.
