'm leaving to NYC this summer and so figured I'd rent out my fully furnished 2BR/2BA corner unit in 500 Brickell. The unit is spacious with 1216 sq ft interior and 146 sq ft balcony and is lined with Italian porcelain floors, accent walls, and some fine art and WiFi/Cable is included. Upon entering you'll walk through a long a large foyer and into the living room which has an L-shaped genuine leather couch with recliner and bar cart. If you want to see the city lights or get some sun in, just push a button on the mechanical blinds. Making your way into the kitchen, you'll enjoy a spacious countertops and a full size dining area surrounded by floor to ceiling windows. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and the Home Office Guest Room has pullout queen sized couch along with a desk and access to the balcony. Both bedrooms have walk-in closets and TVs.
