Very clean and bed was absolutely amazingly comfortable!!! Nice fun restaurant on the top floor with room service available 24 hours a day and a small coffee/deli shop in the lobby. I was very thankful for the free shuttle to and from the airport

The photo from the 19th floor was impressive on Expedia but that was not reflective of the hotel. Staff was kind. Room was subpar. Very old, bad smell, not reflective of the photos...the room was in bad shape. Fine for late arrival and early departure but won't be back.

I ordered pancakes to eat for breakfast and the first time they came out, they were still raw in the middle. They had to be sent back. Afterwards they tasted great. The size of the hotel room was smaller than what I expected from online pictures. The quality of the bathroom was subpar because it was small, and there was water damage & rust on the lower walls from the shower. Outdated facilities. Some complimentary bottled water would have been appreciated. The vending machine bottled water was expensive and sold out by the next morning.
