Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
This is not a whole house. It's one small room with a door that doesn't even lock. There is no closet. There is no refrigerator. You have to walk outside to use the bathroom. It is nothing like the pictures. On top of that, the owner may call you at any minute to inform you that he scheduled a pool party in his backyard during your visit. We had our door opened by random people (because it doesn't lock) during such a LOUD pool party. If you want to use the bathroom at that point you'll have to walk through said pool party. Just an uncomfortable awkward situation all around at a low quality property.

Nice neighborhood, very well located for our purposes
We were for a family visit and the property was very good located for our purposes. The surprise for us was that the bathroom was located outside the room.
