I stayed with Baba for medical tourism and this was a great place to stay. He was able to accommodate my need for a first floor room and honestly, staying with Baba was the best part of my trip to Miami. I cannot think of a better place to stay. It was very homey and comfortable.

Quiet and clean. The kitchen and dining area was always clean and available. The Metrorail Station is a 5 minutes walk, the supermarket is 15 minutes walk and LoanDepot Park (Marlins) is 30 minutes walk. I stay 11 days to watch base games and I walk to the park during the day and evening and I felt save in this area. The owner lives in the same building and he maintains order and discipline.

Overall, such a great experience. Baba was so warm and welcoming that he really made my stay much easier then I had anticipated. I will admit that the reason I choose this particular place was for the price but was pleasantly surprised when I was treated so well and given such a clean room. Baba (the owner) is very meticulous and a busy bee so if you ever need anything he will be right there to help. Plenty of street parking and close to Wynwood and Brickell. Would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable place to stay!

The Fatimataj Mahal is a really nice place. It is very clean and the rooms are quite nice. The owner is also very supportive and helps where he can.The neighborhood is not so interesting but there is a metrotrail station about 3 minutes away and a walk to Downtown Miami takes about 10-15 minutes. If you have a car it takes about 20-25 minutes to drive to South Beach.
