The fact that we have to climb over somebody to go to the bathroom is ridiculous. We found the bed to be extremely hard and it was expensive to stay in a place that really was not very good. I did not bring it to management because I doubt it. There was anything they could do so we just endured our time.

Street noise and an overworked check in Staff that

The street noise from the clubs and the car engines came up to my room on the 18th floor, the check-in person was dismissively arrogant and did not explain to me about the resort fee and my entitlement to breakfast included, and these are the major complaints, but there were other minor poor management inconveniencesit
